    NOTICE: WhenTech Markets® Version Decommissioning

    We are currently in the process of ensuring that all clients are using the latest version of WhenTech Markets®.  There have been recent upgrades which include new key features, as well as several critical fixes.  We will therefore no longer be able to support older versions of the application.  There will be a cutoff date of April 21, 2010, when all versions earlier than 6.3.x will no longer be accessible or supported.  To see what version you are currently running, launch the application and the version number will be displayed at the very top next to the WhenTech Markets® label.  If you do need to upgrade, the process is simple.  Follow this link (http://update.whentech.net/products/WhenTechMarkets/Launchers/Markets.Launcher.Application.Application) and you should see the login window popup.   Once you put in your credentials and press “Accept License”, you will be prompted to update to our latest version, WhenTech Markets® 6.3.5.  Click “yes” and follow the instructions until the installation is complete.

    WhenTech Markets® 6.3.5 Patch Release

    Version 6.3.5 is being released today Wednesday, March 31, 2010 after the close. This patch of the WhenTech Markets® application contains fixes for two minor issues.

    • The Launcher shortcut icon now appears on the desktop.
    • Commodity code can now be changed in spread trade card window when trading from the strip window.
